RE: [Harp-L] Re: Don't Be A Loner! No response to Hohner Radio Ad.

I enjoyed those same two aspects immensely. The songs (Natural Woman
[moving up the charts, haha] at the beginning, Dionne Warwick at the
end) and the "flashback". Sigh, what was I doing so long ago when that
ad played, and what would I like to have the chance to do different
since then! Thanks for posting it. As for Robert Austin becoming a rock
star in five months, what is it Jon Gindick says - five minutes to play,
five years to master? At least he's more honest than Hohner, haha.

"In re your: "I've gotten a couple of offlist responses, but I can't

responses to the list about this gem!

....Ok. I for one thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. Played it back
several times the first time you posted it, as a matter of fact. What
I also
found myself wanting was to hear the rest of Dionne Warwick's "Say a
Little
Prayer for You" at the end. What's amazing to me is to hear such a
"blast from
the past" radio ad as fresh as if it was recorded yesterday. thx!
